Walk in the footsteps of Louisiana history as an Old Governor’s Mansion docent! 

Our dedicated group of volunteer guides enhance the visitor experience by recalling the heyday of the Mansion from the 1930s jazz age through the war years the booming 1950s and well into the revolutionary 1960s. Our docents also serve as Mansion ambassadors during events such as lectures, openings, and our annual Gala.
